The C.R.A.W.L. Committee was a group of people from the Northern Kingdom that were in charge of the C.R.A.W.L. Revolution. They were the ones that made Red Riding Hood the queen of the Red Riding Hood Kingdom (though they considered Billy Bopkins first).
