Princess Hope Charming is the daughter of Queen Cinderella and King Chance Charming, the cousin of Ash and the Lost Boys. She makes her debut in The Wishing Spell.

Appearance and Personality[]

"The princess was indeed beautiful. She was only a few days old but looked just like her mother, with auburn hair and bright eyes."[1]. It is clarified that the young princess has curly auburn hair and bright green eyes, like her mother Queen Cinderella. When she was born, the Fairy Council blessed her with many gifts, including bravery, intelligence, beauty, and kindness.

Story[]

The Wishing Spell[]

When Cinderella's baby was born, all the kings and queens, the Fairy Council, and Alex and Conner were invited to visit the "unnamed princess". She was named "Hope" after Queen Cinderella hears the story of the Evil Queen.[2]

The Enchantress Returns[]

Hope was kidnapped by Rumpelstiltskin for Ezmia's plans.[3] Charlotte Bailey had also been kidnapped by Ezmia, and Rumpelstiltskin lets Charlotte nurse Hope so that he could rest. When Ezmia was defeated, she was the flower girl at Charlotte and Dr. Bob's wedding.[4]

A Grimm Warning[]

Princess Hope was captured along with Princess Ash and the kings and queens when they were betrayed by Rook and the hidden path to keep them safe was revealed. After the army was defeated, Hope was returned to her parents.

An Author's Odyssey[]

Hope was nearly executed by the Masked Man but was rescued by a group of heroes led by Jack and Goldilocks. She screamed along with her mother when her father, King Chance, was not beside them. She later was rescued by Jack and Goldilocks.

Trivia[]

  • Hope is the only baby character acquainted by the late Fairy Godmother, as she never had any mentioned contact with Ash and died before meeting the Lost Boys and Hero.
