Celeste "Snowy" Weatherberry, better known as Madame Weatherberry by her pupils, was a gifted fairy who, during the Dragon Age, mentored the Fairy Council and founded the Fairy Palace (then known as Madame Weatherberry's Academy of Magic). Madame Weatherberry owned and ran Madame Weatherberry's Academy of Magic (now the Celeste Weatherberry Memorial Academy).
Biography[]
Madame Weatherberry began to "mysteriously visit" an old friend who was "sick". It turned out that she was visiting The Snow Queen, who "used to be her friend". Later, when Brystal and her classmates went to The Northern Kingdom to save the citizens from The Northern Conflict, Brystal found out that The Snow Queen was all of Madame Weatherberry's rage buried inside her. Brystal told Madame Weatherberry to go hide in the Northern Mountains, which she does, using the Northern lights as the sign that she is still in control.
In the later books, Brystal sometimes visits Madame Weatherberry, who froze the Snow Queen into a wall of ice, but Madame Weatherberry’s spirit still remains. Brystal seeks advice about the Righteous Brotherhood, and about her worries. Madame Weatherberry always has comforting words for her, and helps Brystal along the way.
